Adrian is the creative force behind the Incredible Group. Inspired by several visits to international expos and trade shows over the years, Adrian was compelled to bring some of the incredible concepts that he has seen on these trips to Australia, hence the birth of Incredible Concepts, which has now expanded into the Incredible Group.

Since this time Adrian’s vision and drive has catapulted the Incredible Group to the forefront of the event industry and as such Adrian now consults and designs event styling plus incredible inflatable custom made designs for clients across the globe.  

Adrian’s passion for the event industry ensures that he is constantly sourcing new trends and products in order to guarantee that the Incredible Group remains at the forefront of event design.

Financial Controller

As the co founder of the Incredible Group, Melissa has been involved with the event industry for many years.  

Melissa’s career began in the United Kingdom after attaining a Bachelor of Commerce Degree from the University of Western Australia. Upon returning to Western Australia Melissa began her role of Marketing Manager of Auto Classic BMW which she held for 14 years and is still currently contracted with the dealership group as Events Manager. This role has seen Melissa organise many high profile events for the BMW, Honda and Mini brands.  

With a sound and comprehensive understanding of the event industry along with solid business acumen Melissa is responsible for the successful day-to-day fiscal operations of the Incredible Group.

Alison is a public relations specialist and began her career at Channel 7 hosting a children’s television program.  

Alison’s career has evolved to form a successful public relations consultancy business, which has represented a wide range of clients.  

A significant part of Alison’s career has seen her organise both large and small-scale events. Alison came on board at the Incredible Group to provide support to our clients throughout the process of event organisation. Attention to detail is Alison’s focus and her knowledge of venues, suppliers and trends when combined with her ability to get the best out your budget makes her a highly sought after event specialist.

As an expert at providing exceptional customer service, Phillippa has a wealth of sales and event management experience.  

Phillippa has managed multi faceted international events and when combined with her studies in design our clients are ensured of receiving expert advice and guidance.

As a recognised high achiever within the wine supply industry Phillippa is a well regarded professional with a second to non can do attitude and genuine willingness to help our clients create truly incredible events.

Office Coordinator

Such a busy office within a dynamic, ever evolving industry requires a true office professional.  Robert is one such professional.  

Robert combines exceptional IT skills with admin know how and is on hand to assist both our clients and staff alike. 

As part of our commitment to being an industry leader we have invested in a 3D printer in order for Robert to create event set-ups and bespoke pieces in miniature, which make planning and visualisation much easier for our clients.
